Privacy policy
This policy explains how Earnpact ("we") handles personal data collected through this website. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
What we collect
- Details you submit in forms: name, work email, company website, market, revenue band and what you sell
- Answers you give in our tools. Most results are calculated in your browser and are not sent anywhere. If you ask the Revenue Review for a written diagnosis, your answers are sent to our server and processed by Anthropic's Claude API to write it; they are not used to train models under Anthropic's commercial terms. If you send us your report, we receive your answers.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request, send your results, and contact you about a diagnostic
- To email new articles, only if you subscribed
- To keep the website secure and working
Consent and your rights
We process form data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit it. You can withdraw consent, ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@earnpact.in.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the written diagnosis in the Revenue Review), and our form and email providers. Some of them process data outside India.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask.
