Diagnostic session
We go through pricing, pipeline, win and loss history and your market. I speak with customers you introduce me to and look at real numbers. You leave with a one-page plan either way.

Proof period
I rebuild the offer and positioning, run the buying-signal pipeline under your brand, and install the discovery, proposal and follow-up process. You cover the tool, data and sending costs. I earn commission only on collected revenue from deals I source. Pilots in larger companies usually run 180 days.
Once targets are met
Partnership
A monthly retainer plus a share of growth above your agreed baseline. The targets that trigger it and its price are in the first agreement, so there is no renegotiation.
What I commit to
- I lead the work myself; you deal with me directly
- A written pipeline report every week: contacted, booked, proposed, closed
- Every sourced deal tagged in your CRM from the first contact
- Never two direct competitors at the same time
- Outreach that protects your brand and follows data-protection law in each market
What I ask of you
- A named person who takes and closes the meetings I book
- Replies within one working day, and agreed changes implemented
- Read-only access to your CRM and revenue figures
- Tool, data and sending costs during the proof period
- Permission to publish anonymised results as a case study
The terms, explained
How long is the proof period?
120 days for growing companies, and usually 180 days for a pilot inside a larger company, where buying takes longer. Sending domains are warmed up from the day the agreement is signed, so outreach starts as early as possible.
What commission do you take?
A percentage of collected revenue from deals I source, excluding GST, agreed in writing before work starts. For recurring contracts it applies to an agreed period of collections. You will know the exact rate after the diagnostic session, before you commit to anything.
When is commission paid?
Within 15 days of your customer paying you. You never pay commission on money you have not received, and refunds are adjusted.
What do the tools cost?
It depends on volume and markets, and is estimated in writing during the diagnostic session. You pay the vendors directly and own the accounts.
What triggers the move to a retainer?
Targets for qualified pipeline and collected revenue that we agree on day one. If they are met, the engagement moves to a monthly retainer plus a share of growth above your baseline, at a price also agreed on day one.
What if I decide not to continue after the targets are met?
You can. Commission continues on the pipeline I created, for the period and at the rate in the agreement. You keep the domains, the CRM records and the written sales process.
What if the targets are not met?
The engagement ends. No fee is owed; commission applies only to sourced deals that closed and were paid. The sending domains, CRM records and processes stay with your company.
Who owns the domains and data?
Sending domains and inboxes are registered in your company’s name, and the CRM data and the written sales process your team runs are yours to keep. My own templates, automations and data tools remain mine.
What if we cannot meet our side of the agreement?
The agreement lists your obligations: taking booked meetings, replying within one working day and implementing agreed changes. If they are not met, either of us can end the engagement, and commission still applies to pipeline I created.
